Plexis promotes a culture that fosters caring, personal relationships with employees, clients, vendors and society. To achieve this, Plexis offers a wide range of training and social events that encourage teamwork and shared knowledge.

Plexis' campus features a large game room that includes a badminton court, half-court basketball, foosball, air hockey, pool table, ping-pong, yoga loft, plus an assortment of high-tech games - all available to staff for fun and competition during working hours. All employees are invited to attend free yoga and martial arts classes during lunchtime.

Plexis' annual retreat offers healthy fun and camaraderie for the entire staff and their families in the beautiful Oregon forest. From paint ball and hayrides to rock climbing, archery, volleyball, disc golf, campfires and great food, Plexicans know how to work and play together.

In-house training is ongoing at Plexis. Training includes topics such as healthcare industry overviews, technical lectures on emerging healthcare issues, and techniques to maintain open communication.
