New Upgraded PCM Expands Premium Billing, COBRA Administration & More
Ashland, OR - January 10, 2006 - Plexis Healthcare Systems today announced the release of Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) Version 6.2 The new upgraded version provides added functionality in several areas, including premium billing, COBRA administration, and general features that accelerate automated processes.

Plexis Claims Manager 6.2 offers automated premium billing. The new version's enhanced premium billing functionality supports multiple billing methods and frequencies, a variety of tier options, weighting options that allow for greater flexibility in calculating rates, and more.
Plexis Claims Manager 6.2 also includes enhanced COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) functionality. COBRA provides certain former employees, retirees, spouses, former spouses, and dependent children the right to temporary continuation of health coverage at group rates. Plexis Claims Manger 6.2 supports the administration and tracking of COBRA claims. In addition, the new version includes a host of minor enhancements, including upgrades to reporting as well as code optimization.
