Partnership Combines Plexis' Robust Benefits Administration System with Health Access Solutions Web-based System for Automated UM and Physician Communications

Ashland, OR - March 12, 2007 - Plexis Healthcare Systems, Inc. announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Health Access Solutions. Health Access Solutions flagship product, Access Express web communications software, offers a full spectrum of medical management and physician communications services. Through ASP services or software license, Access Express allows healthcare organizations to introduce an advanced web-based system for automated UM and physician communications.

Plexis Claim Manager's new electronic Institutional (UBO4) Form and HCFA Professional Form were developed in accordance with CMS directives, with continued support for the existing UB-92. These new forms were delivered to Plexis clients in February 2007, in advance of the CMS May 23, 2007 deadline for the Institutional (UBO4).
