Health Medicare Ultra in Puerto Rico Selects Plexis Solution

Plexis Claims Manager, EDIWorks Chosen to Administer Medicare Advantage

Ashland, OR - March 27, 2007 - Puerto Rico's Health Medicare Ultra selected Plexis Healthcare Systems' solution to administer Medicare Advantage benefits in two Puerto Rican municipalities. Health Medicare Ultra will employ Plexis Claims Manager for claims administration and adjudication, and Plexis EDIWorks for electronic data interchange.

Health Medicare Ultra, a new health plan serving Puerto Rico, elected to purchase and implement Plexis products to support its Medicare Advantage business. The company has plans to employ Plexis Claims Manager to administer its other lines of business, as well. Plexis has several clients throughout the Caribbean, including health plans in the Cayman Islands, Trinidad, and Jamaica.
