Extraordinary Growth at Plexis Healthcare Systems results in Addition of New Executives and Promotions

Ashland, Oregon - March 10, 2003 - Jorge Yant, Chief Executive Officer of Plexis Healthcare Systems, Inc., announced recently the addition of new executives and promotions for others. The staff additions and promotions are the result of extraordinary growth over the past two years. The company announced record revenues and growth of its client base in the last fiscal year. This year is on pace to bring even greater growth. Plexis Healthcare Systems' Claims Manager software was recently ranked number one in functionality for health plans with 50,000 to 350,000 lives in an independent survey of Managed Care Information Systems (MCIS) conducted by the AC Group, Inc. of Houston, TX.

Richard Harper has joined Plexis as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Harper has extensive experience in several facets of IT software development and design. He has also had a very successful sales career, leading several organizations to record sales volumes. Mr. Harper has designed and published a number of commercial software programs and is a widely published author on many IT topics. Prior to joining Plexis, Mr. Harper was Director of Sales Engineering at Virage, Inc., where he led a record-producing sales operation.

LeRoy Billings has been named Vice President of Strategic Sales. In this new position, LeRoy will be responsible for the company's larger and more complex sales efforts. He will also be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that can expand Plexis Healthcare's capabilities. LeRoy has several years experience in healthcare at the senior management level working with health plans, in provider management, in business development and system installation.

Max Templeton has joined Plexis as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Templeton has many years experience in delivering world class, enterprise software to the marketplace. He brings to Plexis his expert skills in object-oriented analysis and design, business process engineering and business rules automation. Some of Mr. Templeton's successes over the last seven years, include staffing and managing the construction of a tool for rules-based web site content customization and designing and developing a business rules engine and distributed process automation components for a $50-million dollar e-Commerce system.
