Plexis Healthcare Systems to Hold First Annual Users Conference June 9-11

Clients will have opportunity to network, explore future trends and learn about new products.

Ashland, Oregon - April 22, 2003 - Plexis Healthcare Systems, Inc., a leading payer solutions and claims processing technology company, announced recently they are holding their first Annual Users Conference on June 9-11, 2003 at the beautifully restored Ashland Springs Hotel in Ashland, OR. The conference will have several major focuses: Building Strong Business Relationships, Maximizing the Benefits of the Plexis Claims Manager, Future Healthcare Trends, Plexis Company Update and Networking with Fellow Plexis Clients. There will also be ample time for recreation. Ashland is a resort community and home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Initial client reaction to the conference has been extremely positive.

Mark R. Anderson, CPHIMS, FHIMSS, will be the conference keynote speaker. Mr. Anderson is CEO of the AC Group, Inc. and is one of the nation's premier IT research futurists dedicated to healthcare. He is also one of the leading national speakers on healthcare and has spoken at over 300 conferences and meetings since 2000. Mr. Anderson has spent the last 30 plus years focusing on healthcare technology and strategies, policy, and organizational considerations. He tracks industry trends, conducts member surveys and case studies, assesses best practices, and performs benchmarking studies.

Prior to joining the AC Group, Mr. Anderson was the worldwide head and VP of healthcare for META Group, Inc. He has also been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for several large U.S. health networks.
