Plexis Healthcare Systems Announces Record Sales in First Quarter of 2005

Sales in Q1 of 2005 exceeds the total sales for 2004

Ashland, OR - Jun 28, 2005 -- Plexis Healthcare Systems, an innovative provider of healthcare information technology and services, including claims processing and benefit administration software applications, web-enabled software and outsourced claims services for healthcare payors, reported that financial results in the first quarter of 2005 exceeded sales for all four quarters in 2004.

Plexis enjoyed record sales in the first quarter of 2005, with a 120 percent increase over the entire year's sales in 2004. New clients in Q1 2005 included VNS Choice, Northwest Primary Care Alliance (NPCA), Optimum Healthcare, Piedmont Health Alliance, The Beacon Insurance Company, First Medical Health Plan (FMHP), and Medecus, a new Jamaican Health Insurance organization. In addition, Plexis has also signed new clients in Q2 2005, including Weyco, one of the largest TPAs in Michigan; and Clear Choice Health Plans, an Oregon-based Medicaid contractor, Medicare contractor, TPA for self-funded employer groups, and a health plan offering commercial insurance.
