Plexis Named #2 Fastest-Growing Oregon Technology & Software Company

211% Growth in 2004 Recognized by Portland Business Journal

Ashland, OR - September 9, 2005 - Plexis Healthcare Systems, an innovative provider of healthcare information technology and services, was named the second fastest growing technology and software company in Oregon by the Portland Business Journal for 2005. In 2004, Plexis was ranked the eighth fastest growing technology company in Oregon by the Portland Business Journal.

Plexis Healthcare Systems recorded annual revenue growth of 211.75 percent for the period beginning in 2002 through 2004. Growth for Plexis continues to accelerate in 2005, with financial results in the first two quarters of 2005 exceeding sales for all four quarters in 2004.

New Plexis clients in 2005 included VNS Choice, Northwest Primary Care Alliance (NPCA), Optimum Healthcare, Piedmont Health Alliance, The Beacon Insurance Company, Family Medical Health Plan (FMHP), MedeCus, a new Jamaican Health Insurance organization, and Weyco, one of the largest TPAs in Michigan.

In addition to acquiring several new clients, Plexis is also developing "Quantum Choice," the company's revolutionary new benefits administration software that will support large healthcare organizations and emerging products, such as consumer-directed healthcare. Quantum Choice is scheduled for release in 2006.
