Hotel ReservationsWingate by Wyndham The Wingate, Tinley Park has a block of rooms reserved at a special rate of $79.00 plus tax per night for those attending the seminar. Reservations for these rooms need to be made no later than September 20, 2009. When reserving a room, be sure to mention that you are attending the Plexis/LCS Conference to receive the discounted rate. Reservations can be made directly with Wingate at (708) 532-9300. Not only will we be holding the conference at a new venue, we will also be changing the format. At the request of the users, Monday will be dedicated to the enhancements as well as the training. Tuesday's sessions will include the User's Group meeting as well as attendance by the vendors. Of course the conference would not be complete without our every popular Monday Night Madness! We will be back at our favorite spot - Morgan's so that we can bowling, shoot pool, play darts as well as enjoy food, drink and socializing. With the increased cost of travel and the current economy, we have decided to keep the cost of registration the same as last year. The fee will cover attendance for 2 representatives from your company, continental breakfast and lunches both days of the conference, as well as the training sessions.
